Privacy policy

I respect your privacy and collect as little as I can. This site has no accounts, no forms, no comments, no ads, and no analytics scripts.

Cookies. This site sets no cookies of its own, so there is no cookie banner to click through. It is served by Cloudflare, which may set one strictly necessary security cookie (cf_clearance or __cf_bm) if your connection looks automated and you are asked to pass a check. That cookie only keeps the site safe from abuse; it is not used to follow you around the web.

Server logs. Every request passes through Cloudflare, which records the standard details any website receives: IP address, approximate country, browser and device (the user agent), the page asked for, and the time. I use these only to keep the site secure and working, like spotting scanners and broken links. They are kept for up to 30 days, are never combined with other data, and are never sold or shared.

Fonts. Fonts are delivered from this domain, so reading a page does not send your address to Google or any other font service.

Video clips. Some pages show video clips. Their preview pictures are stored on this site, so nothing from a video site loads until you open a clip; only then does that site's player (YouTube, TikTok or Instagram) load, and its own privacy policy applies, including any cookies it sets.

Email. If you write to me, I use your address only to reply. It is not shared with anyone.

Legal basis. Security logs are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in keeping the site safe and running (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
